Description
A company's locations and sub-locations can be added via the SSA-System website. You can also use buildings and areas as locations. To create a new location, click the blue "+ Add a new location" button. If you select an existing location before doing this, a sub-location is created. Clicking on the new location opens fields where you can enter the correct name and coordinates (not mandatory). If location coordinates are added, the location is detected automatically in the SSA app using GPS. This is configured in the SSA app (see help topics in the app). You can drag and drop the locations and connect them to new locations as needed.
In addition, temporary locations can also be created via the app. By pressing "Not on list" under an action when selecting the location, a new location can be created there. In this way, a temporary location is created. These are displayed in the app after creation under "Not on the list". On the web, the temporary locations are marked with a "T". These locations must be activated at the "Show Temporary" button. If a temporary location is to be converted into a permanent location, the "Activate location permanently" box can be selected and Save pressed.
