Description

The number of actions (measures, planned audits, incident investigations, instant audits and feedback instances) per status are displayed graphically in the cockpit. The cockpit displays the same figures on the web and in the app on opening.

The content of the graphics always relates to the user logged into the SSA-System website. Exception: "My responsibility + team". The actions that affect the logged-in user and their team according to the structure in the organization chart are displayed here. Team means all persons who are subordinated to the logged-in user in the organization chart.

Click on the diagrams to access the relevant actions. The blue buttons can be used to adapt the cockpit in accordance with the logged-in user's role.

When clicking on the status "still pending", no actions appear. This has to do with the fact that this status refers to the target values of the logged-in user. The "still pending" status indicates that the stored target value has not yet been reached and an action is still to be performed, which is why no entries appear here. As soon as an action has been executed, the "still pending" status changes. To hide the data for a particular status, click on the corresponding bar. The status will be crossed out and the data will be hidden. If you hover your mouse over one of the graphics, a legend will appear that includes the number of data entries.
