Description
On the SSA-System website, you can choose between the stored Suva checklists or your own checklists for planned audits. In order to be able to select the checklists more quickly, own and Suva checklists can be selected as favorites. These then appear in the new "Favorite" tab. To create a new checklist, click the orange "Add" button in the overview of your own checklists. The input screen where you can add the checklist information and the checklist itself opens. You can add the status in the checklist information. Only checklists with the status "Approved" can be added to planned audits. In addition, an existing Suva checklist can be duplicated and modified as desired. Checkpoints can be removed or own checkpoints can be added.
Elements of a checklist:
Checklist element | Description |
---|---|
Group | A checklist is always is divided into one or multiple groups. The groups contain the checkpoints and additional information. |
Checkpoint | Points to check that can be added to the checklist individually. |
Information | Additional information can be added to checkpoints. The information is not shown in the PDF export. |
Input field | Unlike with checkpoints, an input field allows the question to be answered in text form. |
Signature | A signature element can be added to the checklist. The app then gives you the option to sign the completed checklist. |
You can edit the order of the checklist elements as needed.
