Export CSV

For measures, planned audits, instant audits and feedback, you have the option to export the overview table and all of its columns as a CSV file.

Click the "Export CSV" button to create a CSV file. You can then save it anywhere on your computer. The table will format best if you import the CSV file into an empty Excel spreadsheet (Excel menu: Data > Get data).

Please note that for comments, only the most recent entry will be exported.

Export PDFFor measures, planned audits, instant audits and feedback, you have the option to export the content of a selected row in the overview table as a PDF file.

Click the three dots followed by the "Export PDF" menu option to create a PDF. You can then save it anywhere on your computer. 

Bin function

Deleted actions (measures, incident investigations, planned audits, spontaneous audits and feedbacks) are now moved to a recycle bin on the web.

  • The definitive deletion of entries from the bin requires administrator authorisation.
  • Actions in the bin can be restored as long as the user has access to this data. 
  • When an audit or incident investigation is deleted, the associated actions are also moved to the bin.
  • When an audit or incident investigation is restored, the associated actions are also activated.
  • The system automatically deletes the data from the bin after 3 months.

Show/hide columns

You can choose to show or hide individual columns in the various overview tables. Click the symbol with the four squares to see all of the available columns. Now simply click the columns you wish to show or hide. The settings will be stored in your web browser cache. This means that the selected columns will be displayed for as long as the same user is working on the same PC.
Rearrange columnsYou can position the columns in the overview table in whatever order you choose. To do this, click and hold the left mouse button on the title of the column you want to move. Now you can move the column. Release the mouse button to place the column in its new position.

The settings will be stored in your web browser cache. This means that the selected order will be used for as long as the same user is working on the same PC.

Filter functionsAbove the overview tables, you will see various filter options. The filters vary depending on the selected function or action. Inactive, the filters have a subtle grey tone. As soon as a filter is activated, it is displayed in white colour.
With the filter "All teams", the administrator and supervisor can select a person and view all actions of this person and his team according to the structure. The cockpit is thus displayed from the point of view of the selected person, so that the administrator or supervisor can view the pending tasks.
Editing data directly in the overview tablesIndividual data entries in the overview tables can be edited directly in the table fields. Not all fields have this option.
Administration functionClick on the "Administration" button under the Team menu option to access bulk changes. Various bulk change options are available.
Help function


At the top right of every page of the SSA-System website, you will find the "Help" button. Clicking this button opens a separate browser window and the corresponding wiki entry.

You can also access the wiki by clicking the question mark next to the titles of the various input screens.
